Comprised of about 70 members ranging in age from four to 82, the Annapolis Drum and Bugle Corps helps at-risk Annapolis youth achieve the highest levels of performance and musical competence. It made its first appearance in the city’s 4th of July Parade in 2008 with seven members carrying a banner that read, “NOW FORMING…ANNAPOLIS DRUM AND BUGLE CORPS.” This year, the Annapolis Drum & Bugle Corps has participated in numerous parades, bringing first-place trophies home from competitive performances. Articles about the Corps have been published in The Capital and Annapolis Times.
