Tuesday May 8 It’s one thing to purchase produce in-season, and quite another to cook it. This monthly cooking course explores how eating in-season has evolved over the past 300 years, as we pair colonial recipes with their modern counterparts and demonstrate how to use seasonal fruits, vegetables, and herbs to create healthful, wholesome, and delicious meals.
