Wednesdays, October 6, 13, 20, and 27, 2010 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. $100 Non-members, $80 Members Pre-registration required. Space is limited. This course will help new and existing farmers gain important skills in business planning, marketing, and money and business management. Course instructor Ginger Myers (Regional Agricultural Marketing Specialist, University of Maryland Extension) and guest presenters will provide the tools to help participants make the sound financial and business decisions crucial to the success of a sustainable agriculture enterprise. Registration fee includes a textbook which will be sent in advance of the course. Participants will be given assignments from the text to be completed in advance of the course.
