This project will develop a management plan to further the water trail’s sustainability and foster citizen stewardship of the Rappahannock River and the Chesapeake Bay. The grant will also support the development of three volunteer stewardship programs for controlling litter, managing the river's riparian buffer and controlling invasive plants
